Solenoid Coil Manufacturer
A solenoid is an electro-mechanical device that converts electrical energy into mechanical work.
The electrical energy is applied to the coil part of the solenoid. The solenoid coil is usually many turns of copper wire on a bobbin that surrounds the solenoid core. When energy is applied to the solenoid coil, due to magnetism, movement of the core is induced. This is the mechanical work.
Solenoids are used in a large variety of applications, including valve control for pneumatic and hydraulic systems, automotive starting systems and locks.
We manufacture the solenoid coil part of the solenoid. We have the skill and experience of winding very fine wire on to a wide variety of small and unusual bobbins. This allows both the large number of turns to be applied that would suit a solenoid and the intricate bobbins to be used in order to fit small mechanical spaces.
